The Bravo Award

Celebrating excellence in long-term care. For the caregivers, nurses, and staff who go beyond.

Recognizing the Extraordinary

Every day across America, extraordinary long-term care professionals demonstrate what dignified aging looks like in practice:

  • They anticipate needs before they are voiced

  • They preserve dignity in every interaction

  • They bring humanity to moments that might otherwise feel routine

The Bravo Award annually recognizes these exceptional individuals—caregivers, nurses, and office staff—whose commitment transforms service delivery into genuine caring.

02 Excellence in Clinical Leadership

Recognizing nursing professionals who elevate care quality through clinical excellence, team leadership, and unwavering commitment to resident wellbeing.

03 Excellence in Care Operations

For Administrative Staff

Recognizing the often-invisible professionals whose operational excellence creates the conditions for outstanding care.

Why "Bravo"

In performing arts, “Bravo” is the highest expression of appreciation—a spontaneous acknowledgment of excellence witnessed.

We chose this name because the best caregiving is itself a kind of performance art: skilled, intentional, and deeply human. When care is delivered with excellence, those who witness it—families, colleagues, residents themselves—instinctively want to applaud.

The Bravo Award is our standing ovation for long-term care professionals who perform at the highest level, every day, often without an audience.
